Fat Man Hainanese Beef Soup Noodle

Went to try this yesterday.

This stall is located near Maybank Inanam, opposite the famous beef soup noodle shop "玉寶".

This bowl I ordered is at RM6. The beef is tender, not overly cooked. Soup at the first sip was not as aromatic and sweet compared to its competitor opposite, but it was nice. Will come back again for a bowl of hot, tender beef soup.

Wine & Dine with Clinton Ang (Brand Owner of Cornerstone)

Updates! Updates! :
My friend just told me there is a change in the wine list to be served on that night, the Organiser is adding Champagne to the menu. OMG!!! That makes the whole Wine & Dine dinner more worthwhile... I think i shouldn't missed this... A must go! I never attend a Wine & Dine dinner before, i think i should take this opportunity to go... open my eyes... learn more about wine and food matching... and of course, indulge myself with good food! See below for the changes.

To me Cornerstone wines are a great family wine / house pouring wines for restaurants. Its taste is smooth and easy to drink, best part is, the prices are very affordable.

I have googled its website and it states that Cornerstone wines are made specially to match Asian cuisines to bring out the best blend of flavours in Asian meals -- I wonder how true it is.

But if we never try, we never know. Here is a chance for us to try how good is Cornerstone wines with Asian cuisine, and to my surprise, with Japanese cuisine. Really?!!!

A friend of mine introduced this event to me, I am still thinking whether I should go. 12 July --- I could be very busy with the Tip of Borneo Music Fest 2011 preparation. But then, I still need to eat... Right?
(Please excuse me for my "self-debating", some more, it's japanese food from Nagisa Japanese Restaurant at Hyatt Regency KK... The ambience and the food have already "attract" me not to miss this.)
