St. Patrick's Day at Sunset Bar, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort
The 1st event after holiday in Hong Kong.
It was so relaxing with beer and cocktails + the seabreeze. It was really good to unwind. 1 round of free Green beer was given because we were wearing green. Green beer ie beer + green colouring. As usual, I love to order some snacks so we ordered some breads and hummus.
My friend's friend ordered the Guinness Beef Pie for us (Thanks!). Love the pie, though we did not taste any "Guinness Stout" in our pie, but it was so juicy and tasty. Goes well will my Green cocktail.

Restaurant Nyonya Makko, Malacca
A must try if you are craving for authentic Nyonya cuisine.
Our friends brought us here for dinner when we went to Malacca for our company trip early Jan this year.
They sure know what to order! Look at all the food. What a satisfying meal. We all went back to the hotel with bigger, rounder tummy.

"Rumah Terbalik" aka "Upside Down House" @ Tamparuli
Been neglecting my blog again due to busy work schedule.
Today is my off day and had the opportunity to go Tamparuli to visit the New Upside Down House. Wanted to visit it since my sis, @ChloeTiff, introduced to me through Facebook.
Getting to this Upside Down House is actually an easy drive you can see it before the Shell Fuel Station. It is definitely the first of its kind in Malaysia and South East Asia.
We are not allowed to take pictures when we were inside the house. I guess may be the owner wants to keep it a mystery so that everyone who is interested can go and experience it themselves. So I won't say too much on what I see inside the house.
I personally like the "Upside Down Kancil" - It looked so cute. ˆ⌣ˆ
There is a souvenir shop and a cafe when you come out from the house. So you can easily buy some souvenirs back. Or just quench your thirst at the cafe.
Opening hours is from 0800hrs - 2000hrs.
Entrance Fee :
Adult : RM18
Child : RM5
Child below 2 years - FOC

"Breads & More" @ Grace Point, KK
At last, went to lunch with @meitzeu at "Breads & More" operated by Sutera Harbour Resorts at Grace Point, Sembulan.
Pricing was reasonable "Cafe" prices instead of 5-star hotel prices. Glad that we ordered the Cold Cream Cheese Cake @ RM5 and Salami Croissant @ (RM11.80 - if not mistaken). The cake and salami was really good. But kinda disappointed with the coffee as it is tasteless.
Will definitely be back for other cakes and breads.
Meanwhile, will indulge in this Chinese New Year festive food and gatherings.

Marudi Fried Koey Tiaw, Miri
Was in Miri on 23 - 25 Dec 2011 for a dear friend's wedding.
She introduced us that a Must-Try in Miri is this Marudi Fried Koey Tiaw. Marudi is actually a name of a place in Sarawak. If I remembered correctly, she told us that before we have flights to Mulu, people used to drive and cross the river to get to Mulu, and Marudi is a small town where they stop by for rest and meals.
Marudi Fried Koey Tiaw is slightly thicker and softer than the normal Koey Tiaw.
This is really good and we went to the same shop twice. I can't remember the name of the shop, it is near by to Imperial Hotel, corner shop and it also has a famous roasted duck stall.
